Michele Elizondo is a compassionate and enthusiastic Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to making a significant difference in the lives of her patients. Since June 2018, Michele has been serving as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Mora Cares/Core Primary Care in Needville, where she provides both general and preventative care, routine check-ups, and treatment for acute and chronic illnesses.
Her ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate each patient appropriately, along with her excellent time management ensures that every patient receives the highest quality of care. Michele is known for her effective communication and relationship-building with patients, their families, community health services, and the interdisciplinary team, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
Michele holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas HSC San Antonio and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the same institution. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Health from the University of Houston. Michele’s extensive education has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring individualized and continuous care for all her patients.
