I booked a telehealth appointment through zoc doc after reading pretty positive reviews about Mimi Chandrabose. My appointment was scheduled for 3/2 at 11:40 am. I selected self pay on zoc doc. I selected self pay on the paperwork that was sent to me. Prior to joining the appointment, I selected self pay and paid for the visit. I joined my appointment at 11:33 and waited and waited and waited. At 12:11 pm I called her office to check the hold up. They proceeded to tell me that didn’t have my insurance or payment. I advised them I selected self pay three separate times and paid for the appointment and received a receipt. They processed to tell me she couldn’t see me today. I’d give no stars if I could. Waste of my time due to their poor organization.

Dr.Erliz is one of the best doctors I’ve ever been to! She’s patient, thorough and kind! Anytime I have a concern with my health, I know she will address it with the upmost care! She takes time to get to know what’s going on with your health, and to explain it to you. There’s a table where she sits down just to do this and you can talk about your health! Love the way her practice operates and would recommend her to anyone! She’s the best!
